I saw it first on your blog. I believe in Sanskrit it means "loving kindness" and I never knew it to mean anything else. In response to the Vanity-Volleyball story... it is nice to know that in an increasingly competitive world, a young Zoe Siskos(even if it was a different Zoe) chose to share some of that "meta" with a young girl who was in need of some encouragement. Positive steps create positive reactions, and it is beautiful to see them unfold.
