A letter I will be sending to Tim Hortons.

Yes, I suppose I did mean FORMALLY.

i hate that i leave myself so open to criticism. but alas, that is the downfall of posting things online. Thanks for your noteworth comment, Brother John.

FYI: They called me from Tim Hortons to personally thank me for the letter...the lady on the phone didn't mention the mis-type...sooooooooo....

Nice letter, but at the end you wrote "I want to formerly thank the people of this store for being so honest."

    You meant FORMALLY right?

I guess it's a good thing you didn't spend a lot of time drafting up a nice well thought out professio...wait.

    Oops.

Sometimes people forget how important good customer relations can be. It is a make or break deal maker and can be the difference in repeat business (and more money).

I'm glad to hear your group is like that (but I'm not surprised :)

    hi
i am soooo glad you found your wallet but i also need to commend you for acknowledging the
    honesty of that group
it is not that uncommon only not as acknowledged
you see i am working with a group just like that
any of our clients or anyone stepping in our shop loses anything it is SAFE
it will sit there waiting for the owner to pick it up as long as it takes
