medium & the message

I have the greatest mom in the world. Seriously.

I’m actually having trouble writing this because I don’t know how to put into words just how amazing she is. I could tell you the stuff she does but it’s not just that. She is so sincere and loving that it’s more how she does stuff rather than what she does.

And she does a lot.

She is also the strongest person I know. She takes care of the entire family without skipping a beat. She’s taking care of my dad now that he’s sick and I can’t imagine it any other way. Even when they were in the hospital all of the nurses loved my mom and dad because they were so low maintenance…because my mom took care of everything.

And she does it without guilt. She wants to take care of us all.

She is the truest form of what a mother should be. I only hope that one day my daughter will have the same admiration for me that I have for my mom.

I love you mom. I wish I could spend today with you but know that I will be thinking of you.

And thank you. Thank you for helping me to become the woman I am today. I hope I make you proud.
