White on White
I have been going through this ‘white’ phase. Actually, I don’t know if I want to call it a phase; it’s more of an enlightenment. It all started with me painting my condo. I even tore up the ugly green carpet and painted the floors white. The floor thing is temporary…but I’m actually really loving it. Everything looks so fresh and clean.
But the walls are staying white. I am even looking at buying a new white leather couch. And the new clothes I buy (which isn’t much), tend to be white. My blog theme, my computer background, my gmail, even my digsby theme – white.
Why? It’s simple. It’s clean. It doesn’t bug my eyes. I don’t know if those are the real reasons why my house looks like a scene from a Stanley Kuberick film but I am happy with it.
