I was finally able to get our fan page up and running, check it out and press that darn “LIKE” button if you dig the show. I’ll be updating different things than what you see on my blog and hopefully a few appearances from James as well. It’s also a perfect place for feedback so let us know how you really feel :)

My goal right now is to get our vanity URL, and we need a minimum of 25 fans to do it.

What’s a vanity URL you say? Well, currently, the link to get to our page looks like this:

http://www.facebook.com/pages/DiNKs-the-Show/113689772503?

And I want it to not have all that extra crap and to look like this:

http://www.facebook.com/DinkstheShow

So, like I said, 25 fans. Not so much, right? RIGHT??? You just have to visit the page and click the LIKE button. It’s really that easy ;)

Jamie got poison oak and Zoe has to take care of him.

Here’s the recipe if you ever are unfortunate enough to get poison oak:

2/3 cup oatmeal
250 ml water
About 2 tbsp baking powder (not soda…as we  stated incorrectly in the video!)

  1. Put oatmeal and water in a saucepan. Bring  to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for about 10 min. It should be a  thick, sticky consistency.
  2. Add the powder slowly and mix in. Keep adding until it’s the right  consistency. You want it to be glue like, similar to paper mache.
  3. While it’s still hot (but not burning) use a  utensil to put it on the affected areas. The heat will also help with  the itching.
  4. Leave it on for  about 20 min, until it cools and dries out. Scrape it off carefully and  take a shower.
